Beschreibung:BTM's Patented THIN Air Powered Toggle Presses produce high forces using shop air pressure (80 PSI). Compact, lightweight, and quick acting, models are available from 1 to 40 tons. Punch & Button (PB or PB6) presses, available in either 1 or 2 ton force outputs, may be mounted on the bottom surface or rear surface utilizing provided mounting holes. A Punch (and corresponding Stripper Assembly) may be mounted in the Ram, and Die/Die Button may be mounted in the precision mounting hole located at the bottom of the c-frame. An adjustment screw is provided to position the die side tooling. Punch & Button presses may be stacked on close centers due to their unique, thin profile. Clinch tooling is not included with unit and must be purchased separately. Contact BTM for options, other selections and assistance.
